1. Services
Ship Up designs, builds, and operates custom AI-powered platforms for businesses. Our services include platform engineering, AI agent design and deployment, system integration, and ongoing operations.
2. Project Engagement
Each project begins with a discovery phase. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed upon before development begins. Changes to scope are handled through a change request process.
3. Ownership
You own your platform, your data, and your agent configurations. We retain no rights to your proprietary business data. Code ownership transfers to you upon final delivery and payment.
4. Payment
- Starter and Growth plans are billed upon project initiation
- Enterprise engagements follow custom billing schedules
- Ongoing operations are billed monthly
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
5. Service Level
We commit to 99.9% uptime for all deployed platforms. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. Incident response times are defined in your service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ship Up is not liable for decisions made by AI agents beyond the guardrails and configurations defined in your project scope. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party service outages (LLM providers, cloud infrastructure).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we provide a full data export and transition support. Your platform continues to function independently after handoff.
