3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Client data is isolated per account. On-premise deployment is available for enterprise clients who require data to remain within their infrastructure.
4. AI Agent Data
Conversations processed by your AI agents are stored securely within your platform instance. We do not use your agent conversation data to train models or share it with third parties. You retain full ownership of all data processed by your agents.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with LLM providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.) as specified in your project scope. Each integration follows the respective provider's data handling policies. We only send data to providers you explicitly approve.

- Export all your platform data at any time
- Opt out of non-essential communications
